ServiceNow Partner Coreio Acquires intelliNet Technologies
Richmond, British Columbia-based IntelliNet provides North American field services and managed services to corporate clients throughout Canada and the United States. Founded in 2001, the company has been an active Coreio vendor partner since 2016.
Following the completion of the deal, intelliNet will be an active subsidiary of Coreio, with all 20 employees staying on-board, a Coreio spokesperson confirmed with ChannelE2E. Coreio currently has 430 employees total.
David Naiman, president and CEO of Coreio, recently commented on the deal:
“The acquisition of intelliNet Technologies enables Coreio to enhance our Managed Services offering and expand our reach to smaller enterprise and corporate clients, which is an extremely exciting development for us. With intelliNet Technologies, its impressive roster of clients and its North American field services network, Coreio is not simply augmenting our Managed Services business but creating a totally new offering that is greater than the sum of its parts. Combining forces to offer a single, market leading service will drive more value for all of our clients.”
The deal brings intelliNet’s North American field services network to Coreio’s clients and technicians in over 200 locations across Canada, the company said, enabling service delivery in under two hours to nearly anywhere in Canada.
This is Coreio’s second acquisition in less than a year. The company previously acquired Tony Grice & Associates (TGA), a Canadian ServiceNow partner, in December 2018.
ServiceNow Partner Acquisitions
ServiceNow has positioned itself as a standard bearer for enterprise IT service management (ITSM) software.
Companies in general are dealing with a worldwide dearth of skilled ServiceNow technicians and partners, sparking the acquisition activity. The talent scarcity led CEO John Donahoe to declare 2019 the Year of ServiceNow Certified Professionals.
Some partners have thus far appeared impatient for training to make up for the skills shortage, opting instead to shore up talent through various mergers and acquisitions.
