CompassMSP Acquires MRW Systems Inc.

Managed IT services provider CompassMSP has acquired the assets of Westminster, Maryland’s MRW Systems Inc for an undisclosed amount.

MRW Systems is now a member of the CompassMSP group of companies. Like other businesses acquired by CompassMSP, they will retain their current team and location. They will operate under the name MRW Systems: A CompassMSP Company and will continue to be led by former CEO Michael Wolinski as general manager, Compass MSP announced.

MRW Systems has worked with the SMB market in the Baltimore metro area for more than two decades. The MRW Systems team will join CompassMSP’s mid-Atlantic region, led by regional vice president Tom Praschak in Princeton, New Jersey, the company said.

The acquisition enhances CompassMSP’s ability to serve clients located between New York City and Washington, D.C., according to the company.
