AmeriHoldings (a.k.a. Ameri100) is buying up IT consulting firms and integrators as part of CEO Giri Devanur's ambitious bid to reach a $100 million annual revenue run rate by the end of 2017.

The latest deal: Ameri100 has acquired ATCG Solutions, a system integration firm specializing in SAP cloud, HANA, Hybris, SuccessFactors and business intelligence. Financial terms were not disclosed.

The deal gives Ameri100 a deeper cloud services footprint across the United States. ATCG Solutions, founded in 2013, is based in Folsom, California. ATCG CEO Brent Kelton shifts to executive VP and head of sales at Ameri100.

So far, Ameri100 has acquired eight companies -- and several additional target firms are in the company's M&A pipeline, according a prepared statement from Devanur.

Overall, Ameri100 is striving to achieve a $100 million annual revenue run rate by the end of 2017, which would put December target revenues at about $8.3 million. The company did not disclose its 2016 revenue run rate.

Ameri100 is headquartered in Princeton, New Jersey, and has offices in New York, Atlanta, Dallas, Phoenix, Kansas City and Toronto, as well as offshore centers in Bangalore, Mumbai and Chennai India. ATCG has offices in Folsom, California along with Irvine, Houston, Dallas, Baton Rouge, and an offshore center in Noida, India.
