Accounting Firm Acquires Two IT Consulting Companies
Richey May, a Denver, Colorado-based accounting and advisory firm, has acquired two IT consulting firms. Financial terms were not disclosed. The buyouts involve:
- Arrow Partnership, a nationwide provider of management and IT consulting services; and
- Corporate Blue, a cybersecurity and managed IT services firm.
Those firms will join Richey May’s Technology Solutions division, which launched in March. The acquisitions will address opportunity areas like cloud-based managed services, strategic technology management consulting, and cybersecurity risk assessments.
Describing the deals, Richey May Founding Partner Ken Richey said:

As the demand for strategic IT planning and compliance intensifies, these acquisitions will ensure we are able to meet the needs of our clients for years to come.”
Arrow Partnership, founded in 2003, is a Denver-based company specialize in technology management, governance, risk, compliance and security consulting services, and digital marketing. The company’s managing partner and co-founder Chan Pollock joins Richey May as executive director of the firm’s technology consulting practice, while Garry Woods leads company’s governance, risk, and controls practice.
Meanwhile, Corporate Blue hails from Southern California and provides IT security, virtual chief information security officer services, cloud security, and managed IT services. Co-founder and CEO Mike Wyle joins Richey May as director of the firm’s cybersecurity division.
Richey May also acquired an interest in Amata Solutions. Amata provides technology and analytics that help lenders make data-informed decisions. Products and services provided by Amata will be wrapped into Richey May Technology Solutions.
