The majority of Linke’s customers come from the Iberian, French and Nordic markets. The addition of Linke will allow Syntax to bolster its presence in the EMEA market, the company said.
Syntax says it aims to expand Linke’s AWS Professional Services practice by growing its European advisory and migration offering in the DACH region (Germany, Austria and Switzerland) and in the Americas.

“Over the past 10 years, we have established Linke as a leader in Europe for SAP on AWS environments, developing projects in 17 countries. Joining our expertise with Syntax will allow us to grow faster, accelerate our international expansion, improve the development and capacity for our solutions and expand our value proposition so our clients can transform and innovate their business.”
Syntax is a portfolio company of Novacap, a Montreal-based private equity firm that made a strategic investment in the company in July 2016.
Founded in 1972, Syntax is a multi-cloud and multi-ERP managed cloud provider for mission critical applications in a variety of industries, including manufacturing, healthcare, construction, transportation, utilities and more.
The company previously acquired EmeraldCube Solutions, an Oracle partner that offers managed services for JD Edwards applications on Amazon Web Services (AWS) and other platforms, in 2019.
