Secure-24 Acquires SAP Managed Services Partner Symmetry Holding

Secure-24, an NTT Communications company, has acquired U.S. SAP managed services provider Symmetry Holding for an undisclosed sum.

Founded more than 20 years ago in Brookfield, Wisconsin, Symmetry was previously owned by private equity firm Great Hill Partners. The MSP provides SAP managed services to large enterprise clients across industries that included consumer products, life sciences, manufacturing, and more.

Managed services are a growing part of NTT Com’s growing strategy to support the digital transformation of its clients. Secure-24 has played a key role in that strategy, according to the company.

Secure-24 Acquires Symmetry: Executive Perspectives

Mike BeDell, Chief Executive Officer, Secure-24, commented on the deal:

“The acquisition of Symmetry allows us to strengthen the comprehensive managed services we provide to our customers, while opening doors to new opportunities. aWith the combined expertise of both companies and Symmetry’s extensive portfolio of managed SAP services we are now in a position to deliver greater value to our customers around the world.”

The transaction is expected to close this year, subject to regulatory approvals. Following the deal, Symmetry will be fully integrated into the NTT Com ecosystem, including its total managed IT services, as well as cloud, network and data center services, the company said.
