Cielo Acquires Workday Cloud HR Consulting Firm Peridus

Talent acquisition specialist Cielo has acquired Peridus Group, a human resources technology consulting firm and Workday partner. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Peridus, based in Minneapolis, Minnesota, has 19 employees listed on LinkedIn as of May 10, 2022. Cielo, based in Brookfield, Wisconsin, has 2,129 employees listed on LinkedIn.

Cielo's expertise spans Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), talent acquisition, consulting, and executive search services across more than 100 countries. The company's Cielo TalentCloud supports CRM, AI, automation, and analytics capabilities to help customers find, attract and hire specific talent, Cielo asserts.

Under terms of the M&A deal, Peridus CEO Caleb Fullhart shifts to senior VP of consulting at Cielo, and Robin Schooling shifts to VP of consulting. The duo along with additional Peridus team members are now part of Cielo's consulting practice led by Managing Director Elaine Orler.

Cielo has M&A experience. The company previously acquired Talent Function in 2020.
