Accenture has acquired Headspring, a multi-cloud cloud consulting firm that has platform architecture, engineering, modernization and product management expertise. Financial terms ofd the deal were not disclosed.

Accenture Acquires Headspring; Gains AWS, Azure & Google Cloud Expertise
Headspring, founded in 2001, has roughly 90 employees in the U.S. and Mexico. The company’s partnership credentials include:
- Microsoft MVP, Microsoft Gold Partner, Power BI Partner and Microsoft Azure Certified.
- Various Amazon Web Services and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) certifications.
Headspring’s employees will tuck into Accenture Cloud First, a massive worldwide time focused on cloud migrations and modernization opportunities.
In a prepared statement about the deal, Karthik Narain, global lead of Accenture Cloud First, said:
