Accenture Acquires International Ad Agency Entropia

Accenture has announced its third acquisition of June 2021, this time buying international ad agency Entropia for an undisclosed amount.

The deal marks Accenture’s first foray into Southeast Asia. Founded in 2016 and headquartered in Kuala Lumpur, Entropia employs more than 210 people. Entropia will bolster the Accenture Interactive digital ad agency, the buyer says.

Entropia’s clientele includes BMX, BMW, Nespresso, KFC, Tenaga Nasional Berhad, Telekom Malaysia and Lazada.

Accenture M&A Activity

Accenture has been acquiring companies at a fervid pace in recent years. In early June 2021, the company announced two other acquisitions – analytics company Novetta and EPM consulting company Nell’Armonia.
