Accounting Firm Acquires MSP: BPM Purchases Infinitech
BPM LLP, which is one of the 50 largest public accounting and advisory firms in the United States, has acquired Infinitech Inc., a managed IT services provider (MSP) in San Francisco. Financial terms were not disclosed.
Infinitech, founded in 2002, provides managed and custom IT support services for businesses. The merger will strengthen BPM’s ability to provide a one-stop solution for businesses and emerging start-ups, the company said.
BPM’s Nick Steiner, advisory practice group leader and technology industry group leader, commented on the deal:
“We’re thrilled to be partnering with the team at Infinitech.
