European consulting company Valcon has acquired P2 Consulting from private equity firm Lonsdale Capital Partners. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Valcon Acquires P2 Consulting: About the Businesses

Valcon is a strategy and technology consulting firm with 800 consultants in the Netherlands, the UK, Denmark, Sweden and Germany. Valcon is backed by private equity firm Waterland.

P2 Consulting is a UK-centric consulting organization focused on digital and business transformation. The firm's 200 employees focus on strategy execution, program and project management in financial services, utilities, retail and government, according to a statement released by the company. P2 Consulting has been working with private equity firm Lonsdale Capital Partners (LCP) since 2016 to grow the business organically through expansion and through acquisition, according to the statement.

Now, LCP has achieved its investment goals and P2 will join the current Valcon UK – which has 100 people who focus on data and technology challenges – to strengthen its UK practice to help clients with business consulting, technology and data solutions, according to the statement.
