Global IT services and consulting firm Capgemini has acquired Rufus Leonard, a London-based brand design and experience agency. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Headquartered in London, Rufus Leonard is a 70-person agency specializing in user experience and design. Its client base includes World Wildlife Fund (WWF) and AXA UK, among others, the firm said. Rufus Leonard's creative design expertise will bolster the human-centered design services of frog, which is part of Capgemini Invent. The Rufus Leonard team will become part of frog in the UK, according to Capgemini.
Capgemini has around 340,000 team members in more than 50 countries and offers professional IT services and strategy consulting in design, operations, cloud, data, AI, connectivity, software, digital engineering and platforms. The Group reported global revenues of €18 billion in 2021.
