Amplix Acquires Assets of nQuery Communications to Strengthen Presence in Florida

Amplix, a technology advisory and software provider and a portfolio company of Gemspring Capital, has announced its acquisition of a significant portion of the assets of M.J.M. ENTERPRISES, LLC, which operates under the name nQuery Communications. Financial information was not disclosed.

nQuery Communications, founded in 2003, is based in Miami, Florida. The company has three employees listed on LinkedIn. nQuery Communications' areas of expertise include unbiased advisory services across a range of cloud-oriented offerings such as unified communications, business internet, contact center, and IT and cybersecurity.

nQuery provides technology advisory services and software. The company serves the expanding Florida market and its advisory services cover a wide range of areas including connectivity, cloud telephony, and managed services, according to Amplix.
