Automation Anywhere Launches Verified Services Partner Program
Robotic Process Automation (RPA) software company Automation Anywhere has launched a Verified Services Partner Program. The goal: Help customers find differentiated partners that have deep Automation Anywhere technical implementation expertise. The program’s 20 initial partners include BP3, Deloitte and Infosys, among others.
The partner program surfaces as Automation Anywhere gears up for a potential IPO (initial public offering).
To qualify as a Verified Services Partner, partners must demonstrate specific technical competencies and achieve Automation Anywhere certifications. Partners must also have a proven, public track record of successful customer automation projects, the software company said.
Verified Services Partners, in turn, gain:
- Preferred access to the Automation Anywhere helpdesk for assistance with technical consulting and infrastructure support;
- early access to Automation Anywhere solution roadmaps, checklists, templates and other information resources;
- qualified leads for services engagements; and
- a dedicated member of the Automation Anywhere product success team.
In a prepared statement about the program, Ben Yerushalmi, senior vice president, global alliances and channels at Automation Anywhere, said:
“The promise of automation is to transform the way we work today by enabling sustained productivity growth and energizing the workforce with higher-value work to improve both employee and customer experiences. The Verified Services Partner Program will help our customers identify partners who have deep technical expertise with a strong record of driving customer success.”
The new Automation Anywhere partner program arrives amid rapid growth and change in the RPA software market. Earlier this week, rival WorkFusion hired Adam Famularo as CEO, and Vista Equity Partners acquired Blue Prism for $1.5 billion.
RPA Software Market: Overview, Growth and Software Companies
RPA software allows businesses to write code and bots that rapidly automate manual tasks across multiple departments — from IT service desks to HR, finance, customer support and more.
The global RPA software market is expected to reach $13.74 billion by 2028, up from $1.57 billion in 2020. The market’s compound annual growth rate from 2021 to 2028 is expected to be 32.8%, Grand View Research predicts.
RPA for SMB Customers and MSPs
Much of the RPA software industry focuses on enterprise customers. Still, RPA may even eventually catch on in the SMB market as MSPs seek to further automate internal and customer operations.
One prime example: ElectroNeek raised $20 million in June 2021. That company’s goal: Build and promote RPA software for MSPs and IT teams. Also, there’s chatter about former MSP security entrepreneurs preparing to launch an MSP-focused RPA company sometime later this year. Stay tuned.
