New IT Glue Pricing Structure for MSPs

IT Glue has quietly disclosed a new pricing structure for its MSP-centric documentation platform. The move is designed to engage "MSPs of all sizes" with "easy and affordable access" to the platform, IT Glue asserts.

ChannelE2E has not been able to nail down per-user costs. But this much is known: The new model has no user minimum on enterprise seats, and a 90-day money-back guarantee -- a key component for smaller MSPs. Also, IT Glue can now be purchased directly online.

IT Glue already supports more than 5,000 partners and 60,000 users in 30 countries. Those partners, in turn, support more than 500,000 businesses as customers. Still, upstarts like Passportal and others are in the sector. And the opportunity ahead is quite large: There are roughly 40,000 MSPs in the United States/North America region, and another 40,000 MSPs worldwide, according to recent estimates shared at Continuum Navigate and other MSP-centric conferences.

Eager to engage those MSPs, IT Glue has been plowing roughly 41 percent of staff expenses into the company's product R&D, CEO Chris Day said during last month's GlueCon conference in Phoenix. The results include new features like checklists; categories like passwords; and more.

Fast forward to present day, and IT Glue claims to have a pricing model that appeals to MSPs of all sizes. We'll be poking around for more details.
