Private Equity Firm Invests In Microsoft Azure Partner Archive360

Archiving and information management platform company Archive360 has received a strategic investment from New York-based private equity firm Leeds Equity Partners. The actual investment figure was not disclosed.

Leeds Equity primarily invests in companies in the information and knowledge management sectors. This is Leeds Equity’s fourth investment for the firm's latest fund and its fifth investment within the legal and governance, risk and compliance sectors.

Archive360’s Azure Business

Archive360 is a Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider and the company provides a number of solutions that take advantage of the Microsoft Azure platform.

The company has been increasing its Azure offerings since at least 2017 when it updated its FastCollect for SharePoint data migration platform; adding support for the Azure storage tier, and introducing support for Azure’s cognitive and media services. Archive360’s current Archive2Azure solution is Microsoft Azure Certified.

The investment will enable Archive360 to expand its global footprint, accelerate product innovation, and continue to fulfill the expanding requirements of its customers across regulatory, data security, compliance, legal, and business intelligence use cases, according to the company.
