5. Integration: ID Agent now integrates with ConnectWise Manage. ID Agent specializes in Dark Web monitoring and identity theft protection solutions.
4. Workspace as a Service: CloudJumper’s Cloud Workspace Management Suite (CWMS) is now available the Microsoft Azure Marketplace. CloudJumper’s platform is multi-tenant, allowing MSPs to manage user workspaces across multiple customer and business engagements.
3. MSP Network Management Services: Auvik Networks has launched a suite of sales and marketing resources to help MSPs prospect, pitch, and sell managed network services to current and prospective clients, the company says.
