39. October 2021: Document Storage Systems (DSS) acquired SBG Technology Solutions.
38. October 2021: Capgemini acquired government IT solutions provider VariQ.
37. September 2021: Private equity firm High Street Capital acquired NeoSystems, an IT systems integrator and managed services provider (MSP) to the government contractor market.
36. September 2021: Guidehouse, backed by private equity firm Veritas Capital, acquired federal government IT consulting firm Dovel Technologies from Macquarie Capital.
35. August 2021: BlueHalo acquired Intelligent Automation Inc.
34. August 2021: Private equity firm Arlington Capital Partners acquired MCR, a government services provider based in McLean, Virginia.
33. June 2021: Parsons acquired BlackHorse Solutions, a cybersecurity consulting firm that serves U.S. federal government customers including the U.S. Department of Defense and intelligence community customers.
32. June 2021: Accenture Federal Services (AFS), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Accenture, acquired analytics company Novetta.
31. May 2021: Booz Allen Hamilton acquired Liberty IT Solutions, a government technology consulting firm and Salesforce cloud CRM partner.
30. March 2021: Full-service systems integrator Tyto Athene acquired AT&T Government Solutions Inc (GSI), which comprises AT&T’s Department of Defense IT professional services business and select other contracts.
29. March 2021: Government services provider Maximus acquired the federal division of Attain for $430 million.
27 & 28. February 2021: Private equity firm The Carlyle Group acquired and merged two IT consulting firms to form Two Six Technologies.
26. January 2021: Smartronix, a Top 250 Public Cloud MSP and government technology solutions provider backed by private equity firm OceanSound Partners, acquired Datastrong.
25. December 2020: Belcan, backed by private equity firm AE Industrial Partners (AEI), acquired government IT solutions provider Telesis.
24. December 2020: Leidos Holdings acquired 1901 Group, a managed IT services and cloud solutions provider in the private and public market, for $215 million.
23. November 2020: Private equity firm Veritas Capital acquired Northrop Grumman‘s federal IT services business for $3.4 billion, and will merge the acquired business unit into Peraton.
22. November 2020: State and local government IT solutions provider GCOM acquired 20/20 Teknology, a managed IT services provider (MSP).
21. October 2020: Accenture acquired Avenai, a government-focused IT consulting firm and technology services provider in Ottawa, Canada.
