AN Global, a technology firm from suburban Dallas, Texas, has acquired AgileThought, a Tampa, Florida-region software consulting company. Together, the businesses will focus on digital transformation opportunities. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

The company was founded in 2004 and has generated an average revenue growth rate of 44 percent per year.
The acquisition creates a combined workforce spanning more than 3,000 employees working at offices across three continents, the company said. Key markets included the United States, Mexico, Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Costa Rica, Portugal, and Spain.
The new entity will operate under the brand name AgileThought and be headquartered in Irving, Texas, the firm said in a prepared statement. AN Global Founder and Chairman Manuel Senderos will become Chairman and CEO of the combined business.
