1. Microsoft Teams and IT Service Management (ITSM): Actionable Science Inc. has upgraded Rezolve.ai, a Microsoft Teams-based conversational service desk and knowledge automation platform for IT and human resources (HR) departments, as well as other employee-facing functions.

2. M&A Advisor – ServiceNow Partners: Tequity served as the exclusive financial advisor to SuMO IT Solutions for SuMO’s recent sale to EY Canada. Tequity is perhaps best known for advising on Salesforce partner mergers and acquisitions.

3. Funding – Cybersecurity Training: Immersive Labs has raised $75 million in Series C funding led by new investors Insight Partners alongside Menlo VenturesCiti Ventures and existing investor Goldman Sachs Asset Management.
