7. Hosting Exit: Germany's United Internet is selling a stake in its web-hosting business to private equity firm Warburg Pincus, netting $497 million for the deal but delaying a public listing of the business beyond next year, Reuters reported.

3. Distribution Deal: Jenne is now distributing Vault America in the U.S. Vault America provides cloud-based storage specializing in data backup, recovery, and archiving solutions.

2. Wide Area Traffic Management: Sinefa, which specializes in traffic visibility particularly over wide area networks and the Internet, is making some noise at IT Nation. It's a multi-tenant platform with about 175 partners onboard, according to John Milionis, head of business development. Sinefa provides "pervasive visibility" into WAN connections and the traffic within the company claims. MSP veteran Amy Luby is involved in the U.S. expansion...
